In the center of the medieval city, next to important palatial houses, Antigua Palma witnessed the commercial activity from the era and of the life of the noble families that occupied the original building such as the Ferrer-Quintana family, that remodeled the building in the XVIII century. The most outstanding elements of the house are the arc of the entrance and the baroque style patio, that have been conserved and carefully restored. The vault of the lower floor deserves a special mention , built in Marés stone and dated in the 17th century.
